Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Cancellation

For consultation appointments:

• 24+ hours notice: Free cancellation with full refund if payment was made
• Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee may apply
• No-show: Full consultation fee applies

2. Project Cancellation

For ongoing development projects:

• Before project start: Full refund minus any setup costs incurred
• During project (first 25% completion): 75% refund of remaining amount
• During project (25-50% completion): 50% refund of remaining amount
• After 50% completion: No refund, but deliverables will be provided for completed work

3. Subscription Services

For any recurring subscription services:

• Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund for unused months
• Cancellation takes effect: At the end of the current billing period

4. Refund Process

When cancellation results in a refund:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
• Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-5 business days)

5. Force Majeure

RaynX.ai reserves the right to cancel or postpone services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government regulations or restrictions
• Technical infrastructure failures
• Health emergencies or pandemics

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate alternatives.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon cancellation:

• You retain rights to any completed deliverables that have been paid for
• Work-in-progress materials remain property of RaynX.ai unless specifically agreed otherwise
• Source code and proprietary methods remain property of RaynX.ai
• Any custom solutions developed will be provided as agreed in your service contract

7. How to Cancel

To cancel any service or appointment:

• Include your name, project/service details, and reason for cancellation
• We will respond within 24 hours with confirmation and next steps

8. Exceptions

This cancellation policy may not apply to:

• Custom enterprise agreements with specific cancellation terms
• Third-party services or licenses procured on your behalf
• Services that have been fully delivered and completed
